Fender Roland G5 VG Modeling Stratocaster w/Bag & Case Candy 57021
Description (More pics below)
What It Is
This is a 2012 Fender VG Stratocaster in sunburst finish, made in Mexico. It's in super clean condition and comes with the original factory gig bag and factory paperwork including hangtag. Weight = 8lbs, 9oz.
Condition
This guitar looks mint. No dings, dents or scratches. Only reason I didn't tag it "mint" is someone might find a tiny scuff somewhere. Very little fret wear. All electronics work perfectly. Sets up and plays solid. These take 4 x AA batteries. I will include the Duracells currently in it.
Sound & Playability
These guitars of course have the rare Roland modeling on board. The T-knob provides 6 different tunings including: Normal, Open G, Drop D, Baritone, D Modal and 12 string. The M-knob controls 5 different modes which include Normal, Modeled Strat, Modeled Tele, Modeled humbucking pickup, and modeled acoustic sounds.
Ready to play and enjoy. Next best thing to going back in time and getting one new. Comes with all paperwork including hangtag. Even has the orignal box tags, plus tremolo bar, leather strap, and capo. Rare gigbag says "Powered by Roland" on it. The VG's are a cut above most Mexican Strats, quality like USA made. (I do a full setup and expert packing--it will come ready to play out of the box.) Thanks
Recent Review:
"Guitar was packed perfectly for shipping. Everything arrived exactly as described. A lot of care and attention was put into the setup (intonation is perfect). Seller was nice enough to include some extras. Excellent seller! Thank you so much!"

Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "Still Kickin - How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
