FENDER 2018 ROAD WORN 50s TELECASTER w/ Chunky V Neck + Suhr PUs Tele 16736

Description

This is a 2018 Fender 50s Road Worn Telecaster in Sunburst finish in excellent cosmetic and playing condition. This is a special one because the body is a 50s Road Worn, but the neck has been upgraded with a Geniuine Fender replacement neck. It's a $300 neck that has vintage thin frets, amber tinting, a chunky profile and soft V-shape down near the nut. So if you like the road worn look, but want a chunky neck, this is for you.

In total over $700 in upgraded parts on this Tele. High end components like the Suhr pickups have cloth wire, and all electronics upgraded--pots, switch and orange drop caps (pics below). The frets are in perfect condition. The body exhibits the factory wear of a road worn and it plays great. Weight is 7 pounds, 11 ounces. No case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. Guitar Setup

All our setups are done by our in-house trained luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing

I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
