Description
This is a 2016 Fender American Standard Offset Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue finish. It's in excellent playing and cosmetic condition. These were formulated in the Fender Custom Shop and have a great looking offset alder body. It combines the body of a Jazzmaster and neck/electronics of a Tele. Vintage ashtray bridge with brass saddles and "Pat. Pend." imprint. All maple C-shaped, 9.5" radius neck with medium jumbo frets. You can see the birds-eye on back of neck (see pics). It has been upgraded with Fender locking tuners.

Vintage voiced bridge and Custom Shop Twisted neck pickup for great tone. "No load" tone pot feature, when you turn it to "10" tone control is removed from the signal path. This guitar is very clean, probably 9.5/10. I see a couple very faint scuffs on back. Too faint to catch in pics. Little scuffing on control plate and guard. Frets are excellent. Comes with gigbag and some factory paperwork. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. A vintage-voiced bridge pickup gives you that instantly recognizable Tele sound to transport you back to 1952 while the Custom Shop Twisted single-coil neck pickup bumps it up a notch for fat, bluesy color. When turned all the way up, the tone control is removed from the signal path entirely for the purest sound and no loading. The Offset Telecaster's modern C-shape neck profile is extremely comfortable and easy to play, with a maple fretboard that accentuates the treble regions and overall tonal brightness. 22 medium-jumbo frets make it a great fit for heavier blues and rock, though with the right touch, the Offset Tele can comfortably slide into any style of music -- just like a Telecaster should.
