FENDER CYCLONE MIM Candy Apple Red CLEAN!! 1998 Atomic Humbucker PU Guitar 21665
This is a very rare 1998 Fender Cyclone, made in Mexico in Candy Apple Red finish. The Cyclone was made from 1997 to 2006 and has an offset body that incorporates a muscular sounding Atomic Humbucker in the bridge and Tex Mex pickup in the neck.
These have a synchronized tremolo, volume/tone and 3-way switch and maple neck with rosewood fretboard. This guitar is in very good condition with no major dings or scratches. There are a few small marks (see pics). All stock, nothing changed from the factory. Weight is 8 pounds, 0 ounces. No tremolo bar or case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking.

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "THERE IN ONE PIECE...How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
From Wikipedia:
The Fender Cyclone denotes a series of electric guitars made by Fender. Introduced in late 1997, the Cyclone body is similarly styled to the Mustang, but it is a quarter of an inch thicker than the body of a Mustang and is made of poplar, whereas contemporary Mustang reissues were made of basswood. The Cyclone has a scale of 24.75 inches (the same as a Gibson Les Paul but an unusual intermediate size for Fender), and a Fender Stratocaster-style synchronized tremolo. The original Cyclone used an Atomic humbucking pickup in the bridge, a Tex-Mex pickup in the neck position, and a conventional 3-way toggle switch.
