Description
This is a 2015 Fender Road Worn Telecaster in a rare nitro Butterscotch Blonde finish. It's a very special one of a kind that was professionally reliced beyond what Fender did at that factory by luthier John Jagenaux. It's really hard to describe just how awesome the relic is on this. Pictures below tell the full story. This is for someone who wants a full on heavy relic, for a guitar that looks like it's been around the block. Lots of deep edge wear, rust on the hardware, body checking. 

The fretboard shows extensive realistic wear as if from years of playing. The armrest area is nicely faded down to natural wood. This guitar is a real head-turner, and it's miles beyond what comes stock from the Fender factory. The back of the neck is worn down so your hand slides real easy. The electronics, neck, and frets on this are in great condition. It feels and plays like a well-worn pair of blue jeans. 

As part of the relic, the luthier removed the serial number. I have taken pics of the neck pocket and heel showing a Fender barcode, and the dates in neck pocket and heel are only a few days apart. Also see pic of the body under pickguard where you can clearly read "ROAD WRN," which is engraved at the Fender factory. You can also see he took the time to copper line all the electronics cavities. Weight is 7 pounds, 7 ounces. Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup isˇhighly subjectiveˇyou may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
