FENDER SANDBLASTED USA STRATOCASTER Rare Blue! +Bag/Papers American Strat 24245
This is a 2014 Fender Sandblasted Stratocaster in blue. Somewhat rare. Don't see many of the blue ones anymore. It's a USA made Strat with large 70s-style headstock, all maple neck, and ash body. C-shaped neck with 9.5" radius. Interesting "no load" Tone control feature so when you turn your Tone up to 10 it bypasses the Tone circuitry completely. Beautiful condition, basically mint though I was able to find one pinhead size mark (see pics). Comes with original Fender gigbag and all paperwork, including hangtag. No tremolo bar. Weight is 7 pounds, 12 ounces. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) I may end auction early if it sells elsewhere. This Fender Limited-edition Sandblasted Stratocaster is incredibly responsive to its tone control, giving you the flexibility to fine-tune your tone. But if you turn its no-load tone controller all the way up to 10, then the tone circuit is actually removed completely from the signal path. You'll hit your amplifier with a hotter output and brighter tone than you'd get with normal tone circuits.

Leo Fender wasn't afraid to think outside the box when it came to guitar designs. In the 1950s and well into the 1970s, the blonde natural maple neck became almost synonymous with Fender guitars.
