FENDER STANDARD TELECASTER Olympic White Relic MIM USA Flag Tele Upgrades 73735
Description
Made to embody the never-say-die American Spirit, this 2010 white Fender Telecaster has been professionally reliced to look like a well-worn player and proudly displays the Stars and Stripes front and center. The guitar was completely taken apart and every piece down to the smallest screw meticulously distressed. Multiple time intensive processes using machinery, chemicals and hand working were employed to bring the guitar to its current condition. This is a 10-year-old Mexican made Tele. Most parts remain original, but upgrades include a 60s style 3-ply pickguard, vintage ashtray bridge, CTS pots, knurled chrome knobs, Oak Grigsby 3-way switch, Electrosocket jack plate, and the distressed American flag sticker. All hardware is burnished to a soft glow, frets are in perfect condition. Action is low, set up and ready to play. Comes with factory Fender Deluxe gigbag and paperwork. Weight is 7 pounds, 13 ounces. It has just been set up with 10s. Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "THERE IN ONE PIECE...How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
