A Fender Stratocaster XII 12-string in sunburst finish in extremely clean condition. I can't find any dings or scratches on it to photograph. Comes with original G&G Fender hard shell case, and I will include some of the original paperwork as well. It is set up nicely with low action but needs new strings. According to online information, the serial number dates the guitar to 2006-2008, but please do your own research. Thanks for looking.
