This is a 2008 Fender VG Stratocaster in sunburst finish with rosewood fretboard, made in America. These guitars have the rare Roland modeling on board. The T-knob provides you with 6 different tunings including: Normal, Open G, Drop D, Baritone, D Modal and 12 string. The M-knob controls 5 different modes which include Normal, Modeled Strat, Modeled Tele, Modeled humbucking pickup, and modeled acoustic sounds.

The guitar is a player but still looks good overall. There is some hazing and marks on the dark back finish and other small playing marks throughout, but no large dings or paint missing. The frets have plenty of life left though there is some flattening and grooving. The guitar plays great just as-is, or fret perfectionists could have them leveled. Comes with tremolo bar but NO CASE. Weight is 7lbs, 15oz.

The USA VG Strats have a 2-point tremolo system and the modeling runs on 4 AA batteries. All electronics work great. The modeling works and sounds amazing. Guitar plays nicely. See full specs below. Thanks!

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
