You're looking at a 2013 Gibson Les Paul 50s Tribute in a satin goldtop finish with black soapbar p90 pickups. This guitar is in great playing condition and has upgraded Grover kidney bean tuners. The p90s have legendary tone, and the Tribute models with these pickups are hard to find. This one also has the chunky rounded 50s neck profile--not the slim taper 60s.


Cosmetically it's kinda special with its stained back look. A lot of the Tributes get a dull brown painted back. It has some minor rash on the back and edge marks, but they really only add to the relic vibe of this guitar. These satin finish Tribute guitars have a thin finish that won't choke your tone, and they also tend to relic quickly. Frets are great condition. No case. Weight is 8 pounds, 15 ounces. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking.

The Les Paul Studio '50s Tribute 2016 T has a traditional Les Paul mahogany body with a grain textured, satin finish maple top, as well as a mahogany neck with a '50s profile and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. The time-tested selection of tonewoods, while Green Keys-style tuners and the faithful Tune-O-Matic bridge keep your tuning stability and intonation true during even the longest gigs.

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments).
