GIBSON 2016 LES PAUL 50s TRIBUTE T Goldtop Worn Satin Relic + Bag & Papers 15896

You're looking at a 2016 Gibson Les Paul Tribute in a satin goldtop finish that really turns heads. This guitar is a great player and comes with its original Gibson gigbag and papers. When you strap it on, the first thing you notice is it won't break your back. The mahogany body still has all the sustain and tone of a Paul but with some weight relief to make gigging fun again. The next thing you notice is the TONE from the 490R and 498T humbuckers on board, and the rounded 50s neck profile feels good in the hands. 



These satin finish Tribute models have a thin finish that won't choke your tone, and they also tend to relic quickly. Some nice details--the green tulip Kluson tuners, large neck inlays, and aged plastics and gold knobs--make it an attractive vintage/modern hybrid. Cosmetically, this one is on its way to becoming a relic already with lots of cool wear around the edges. You can see it originally came with  pickguard but previous owner removed it. The frets are in A+ condition. Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
