Rare guitar these days, the Joan Jett Melody Maker is like no other!
This is a 2008 Gibson Joan Jett Melody Maker in worn white finish, made in USA. It's in great playing and cosmetic condition. These are now rare and hard to find. Made for a short time and people are holding onto them. These will only go up in value. They have a thin nitro finish that's meant to wear with use and allow the natural sound of the guitar to come through. The Burstbucker 3 is second to none. It's my favorite pickup. Ebony fretboard feels awesome. This one has a light coat of nitro to seal the ebony and make it play faster. Frets are very clean. Very light guitar (6 pounds, 5 ounces) that's got a huge rock sound. There's a reason after I tried one, it became my number one axe. And that's coming from a guitar dealer who sees hundreds of guitars. I've sold about 15 of these over the last few years and they always sell quick. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. Comes with original paperwork but no case.
