OVATION GLEN CAMPBELL 12-STRING Vintage 1978 Acoustic Guitar! + OHSC 26448

This is a 1978 Ovation Glen Campbell edition 12-string acoustic. This does not have any electric pickup--acoustic only. The guitar is in very good condition for its age and comes with the original factory hard case. Frets are excellent and it has just been set up and intonate with new strings. Plays well up and down the neck. Cosmetically looks really nice. Only imperfections are a check mark behind the bridge and two hairline cracks up by the headstock, neither is structural (see pics). They are cosmetic and in the clear coat only. The binding around the body and neck is in great shape, as are the bridge and tuners. Very special guitar for a Glen Campbell fan. Weight is 5 pounds, 1 ounce. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) I may end auction early if it sells elsewhere. Guitar Setup

All our setups are done by our in-house trained luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing

I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
