Rare! FENDER TELECASTER SHORT SCALE! modern player Butterscotch Blonde Tele 8437

 This is a 2013 Fender Modern Player Short Scale Telecaster in Butterscotch Blonde finish. Really interesting take on the iconic Tele. Slightly smaller body and 24" scale makes it real fun to hold and play. Neck feels small but not uncomfortable. The real standout on this guitar is the Guild neck pickup. I'm not even much of a neck pickup guy, but it sounds really cool. Round and warm but still has some bite. The quality is pretty high on this too. Nice neck and frets, brass string saddles with string-thru-body design, transparent finish with wood grain peeking through. Nice appointments like Fender engraved neck plate, unique pickguard, and ashtray style bridge. The guitar looks almost new. I found one tiny mark on the edge....tiny. These are hard to find. Last 4 I've sold have gone within a day or a little more. No case. I have just gone over the guitar completely, polished everything, changed strings, and set intonation. Weight is a very trim 6 pounds, 7 ounces.
