Fender Vintera Road Worn 50s Telecaster 2021 Lake Placid Blue + Bag 33502
Description (More pics below)
This is a 2021 75th Anniversary Fender Vintera Road Worn 50s Telecaster in Lake Placid Blue finish. Great condition with compensated saddles and gig bag. Weight = 7lbs, 14oz.
Condition
Cosmetically it has all the really cool wear marks from the factory. Looks like a nicely worn in guitar. Frets are in very good condition.
Features
— Nitro finished alder body w/ maple neck
— Thick 50s “U” neck w/ 7.25” radius & vintage tall frets
— Great looking factory relic—nicely worn but not wrecked
Sound & Playability
This guitar has a chunky vintage neck that feels good in the hands, and the vintage tall frets are nice and meaty--a true throwback guitar with its nitro finish. All hardware nicely worn including the ashtray bridge which has upgraded compensated brass saddles to allow for better intonation. Back of neck is worn down so no finish impedes your hand.
Fender amped up the sound a bit by making the 50s inspired pickups a little hotter. Full Fender specs in gallery. I do a full setup and expert packing: details below. Int’l contact for quote. Thanks for looking! PS: I ship to most countries in Europe (not France), Asia, and Oceania--contact for quote!

Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "Still Kickin - How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
About Me
My store is a one-person small business that has been selling used guitars and basses for 15 years now. I do a basic setup and cleaning on every instrument I sell, so depending on workload it may be 1-2 business days before your guitar ships. When it arrives you can depend on it being, clean, set up, and securely packed. Check my feedback for confirmation. Thanks!
