Up for sale is a 2023 Fender USA Geddy Lee Jazz Bass in near new condition. Comes with original TSA case and accessories, including strap, hangtag, COA, truss rod & Allen wrenches, manual, and 2 case keys. Weight = 9lbs, 15oz.

Condition
This is right next door to Mint condition, and I know most seller's would put it up as such, but I'll call it Excellent +. No dings, dents or scratches. Minimal scuffing on back that could be buffed out. Frets show no wear. Binding is perfect. Back of neck is partially satin. Fender specs call for "hand rubbed oil on back" so I'm assuming that's stock. (full Fender specs in gallery)

Sound and Playability
All the power and precision you'd expect with a bass modeled on Rush's bass man, plus the quality of being an American made Jazz bass. Plays great all around the neck. Intonation spot on. No issues or disappointments--solid bass ready to roll. I've priced this competitively and I believe it's cleaner than any I've seen on Reverb (even the ones tagged "Mint"!). Cherry on top is my detailed setup and bulletproof packing (read reviews to see the quality of my setups). Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
