Description
This is a 1984 Fender Telecaster Made in Japan with serial number E724023. It has the fairly rare "toploader" bridge, which some people like. Those that like them say their tone has more pop and bite, and they have less string tension. It also has a Strat-style pickup in the neck position. Don't know if it's stock or not, but you can see in the pickup cavity the "S" painted at the factory. Seems to hint it came with a Strat pickup. Both knobs pull out and greatly effect the tone. I'm not sure what they are doing, but it allows for a ton of different (and good) tones from this guitar. The guitar has been honestly reliced with real playing wear. Looks pretty cool to me. Weight is 8 pounds, 1 ounce. No case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking.
