This is a 2013 Squier Matt Freeman Signature Precision Bass in black finish. These are very rare, only a few made.

Condition
Cosmetically, the bass looks great. No buckle rash on back. There is some pick scuffing on the pickguard. Paint is intact except for one small mark (see pics). Frets are in excellent condition. All stock, no mods.

Sound & Playability
These basses feel very solid. NOT what you expect from a Squier! Modeled on Matt’s mid-70s P, it features Standard P-bass setup with modern C-shape neck that plays like butter. Just been completely cleaned and set up. No issues, electronics sound perfect. If you want a rock & roll bass with no frills, this one is great. I know I was surprisd by its quality. Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
