Description

This is a 2005 Fender 72 Telecaster Thinline in natural finish with semi-hollow design. These come with two wide range humbuckers, and when coupled with the semi-hollow, this produces all kinds of warm tones. You can still wrangle your standard Tele sounds, but it's got way more warmth and fatness. Great for natural breakup or clean sound. This guitar has had the back of the neck nicely sanded to a silky smooth feel, unlike most that have the sticky gloss. Also, the frets have just been crowned and dressed, so they are smooth, clean, and shaped--and have tons of life left.

Woods include an ash body and a 3-bolt all maple neck with skunk stripe, Micro-Tile neck adjustment, and medium-jumbo frets. Amazing wood figuring shows through the gloss finish, and it has a rare black pickguard. Guitar plays and sounds great. Cosmetically, has a few marks noted in pics, as well as cracks in the clearcoat near neck pocket. They are not structural and quite commonly appear as the clear coat ages on these. Guitar Setup
All our setups are done by our in-house trained luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
