This is a 2001 Fender Tom Delonge Stratocaster in rare Daphne Blue finish. 2001 was the first year of production for this model, making it more collectible now as a 23-year-vintage instrument. These hardtail Strats are known for fat distortion and chunky rhythm playing. Features:
— Alder body, maple neck, rosewood board
— 9.5” radius, C-shape neck
— Seymour Duncan Invader pickup
This guitar is in pretty clean condition for its age. Unlike many sellers, I have taken very detailed close up pictures of all the imperfections. They occur mostly around the edges on this guitar and are overall pretty minor. Frets are in very good condition and the guitar plays great. Weight is 8 pounds, 0 ounces. Guitar Setup Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, clean and oil fingerboard. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. We do a basic setup since setup is highly subjective you may want to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier anyway. Thanks!
