Very hard to get now, the Road Worn Fender Kurt Cobain Jaguar is one of the best Fender factory relics you'll find. Really looks like Kurt beat it up himself.

Description
You're looking at a 2011 Fender Kurt Cobain signature Road Worn Jaguar in killer condition. It comes in the original Fender hard case, plus--Nirvana book, factory papers and tremolo bar---Special Bonus: sealed 2 photo prints of Kurt, PLUS Ernie Ball strap with straplocks. Neck and frets and all electronics in great condition. The guitar is in excellent cosmetic and playing condition. I got this from a guy who bought it and just left it in the case in his closet--very little playing time! Just been set up and ready to rock!

This guitar stays TRUE EXACTLY to a crazy modded Jaguar that Kurt bought used. Fender made sure the pickups were correct, the Strat headstock on a Jaguar, the incorrect head decal...everything is as Kurt's guitar was.

Most of the factory relics I've come across are crap. This one is not. The paint stress is in the right places and looks like marks from use--not from some guy in a woodshop with a file. Weight is 8 pounds, 15 ounces. I've sold these before and they go fast! Yes, it's expensive, but this is a guitar that will only go up in value, and it's one to keep for a lifetime. It symbolizes the grunge era and will stand as a lasting testament to a great songwriter and band. Guitar Setup
My setup on guitars includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. I spray out any pots that are noisy. I turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. I don't claim to be a trained luthier, but I'm able to set guitars/basses for a reasonable out-of-box experience and have had very few complaints. If you're looking for the perfect setup on a used guitar, please expect to take it to a trained luthier who is familiar with your individual playing style and preferences. ps: basses get the same setup minus the new strings. Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
