Fender MG-69 MIJ Mustang Reissue Daphne Blue Nice 1995 Japan Guitar 33620
Description
You're looking at a 1994-95 Fender MG-69 Mustang Re-issue in a Daphne Blue refinish. This is a "Made in Japan" guitar with a S+6-digit serial number. For a 27-year-old guitar it is in great condition. Frets and neck are nice with some mild and uniform fret flattening. Nice bone nut. All electronics are solid. Switches work perfect. Pickups sound excellent. Tremolo works but no bar included.
Cosmetically, it has a few small marks (see pics) but very clean overall. Set up nice and ready to go. Very comfortable at 7 pounds, 0 ounces. These are great little guitars with lots of sounds with the pickup switching, including in/out of phase, while the bridge pickup alone can produce some meatier tones. Easy to play with its C-shape 7.25" radius, 24" short scale neck. Not sure of original color. Refinish is a matte type, not glossy. No case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
All our setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "THERE IN ONE PIECE...How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
