FENDER MODERN PLAYER SHORT SCALE JAZZ BASS 8.5 lbs Rare! P/J Pickups Mint! 4339
This is a very rare Fender Modern Player Short Scale Jazz Bass in Candy Apple Red finish. They made very few of these, so you don't see them around much, but they are great little basses. The 30" scale neck feels great in the hands and the slightly downsized body is a nice treat if you're used to a standard full sized Fender bass. This is not a cheap Squier short scale. This is basically like someone took your Fender Jazz bass and shrunk it down just a bit. It's got both Precision and Jazz style pickups and they sound big just like they should. The neck plays amazing. Fender didn't skimp on quality with this bass. Body contour back. High mass Fender bridge for plenty of sustain and tone. Fender engraved neck plate. The bass looks almost new. Still has the plastic on the pickguard. Grab it quickly before it's gone. Weight is 8 pounds, 8 ounces. No case. Thanks for looking!
