This is a 2008 Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass, made in Japan in natural finish. Weight = 8lbs, 9oz.

Condition
Overall nice shape. Imperfections include a couple edge marks and hairline finish crack at neck joint. Frets are in very good condition with lots of life left. All electronics work.

Sound & Playability
Bass plays smoothly all over neck and rings true with no issues. Great selection of tones with active/passive switch. Vintage style with 3-bolt neck, bullet truss rod and Badass II bridge. NO case. (I do a full setup and expert packing: info at bottom of listing.) Thanks!

Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, clean and oil fingerboard. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. We do a basic setup since setup is highly subjective you may want to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier anyway. Thanks!

Fender' stylish Marcus Miller Jazz Bass guitar is soulful and astounding, too. It has an ash body, distinctive black pickguard/control plate and one piece C-shaped maple neck with a 7.25-radius maple fingerboard featuring white binding, white pearl block inlays and a satin finish (gloss finish on the headstock, plus Miller's signature). Incredible tone comes from dual vintage-style Jazz Bass single-coil pickups, and the two-band active EQ has an active/passive mini-toggle switch. Other features include chrome neck pickup cover, knurled chrome-dome knobs on the volume controls and black Jazz Bass knobs on the tone controls, a Badass Bass II bridge and three-bolt neck plate.
