Fender Squier Esprit Master Series Korea Antique Burst Clean! + HSC 24298
Description
Fashioned after the Robben Ford Fender Esprit (a $6,000 guitar), this 2005 Korean Squier Master Series Esprit is an all mahogany chambered guitar with a carved top, upgraded gold hardware, and binding on the body and neck. The set maple neck has a rounded neck heel which offers superior high fret access. It features a C-shape, 12” radius rosewood fingerboard with jumbo nickel silver frets and pearloid block fret inlays with abalone inserts.
This Esprit is not your normal Squier. Excelent workmanship, a Gibson-like 24-3/4” scale, and an almost 335 quality to its unplugged sound due to the chambered body are what you find with this gem. Previous owner updated all hardware to gold and the pickups to Wilkinson Vintage gold humbuckers. Cosmetically it’s in very nice shape with only some tiny marks and some chipping around the bridge posts (see pics). Frets have lots of life left and are just starting to show some mild flattening under the strings but the guitar plays great all over the neck. Weight is 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Comes with a nice Access black hard case including two case keys. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking! Note: Fender spec says it has a maple neck, but some online claim it’s mahogany—do your own research.

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "THERE IN ONE PIECE...How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
