Vintage 80s solid-state lunchbox amp. Sounds really killer.

Description
This is a classic Gallien-Krueger 250ML vintage 80s combo amp (see pics below), made famous by Rush's Alex Lifeson. I didn't know what all the hoopla was about these till I got one and plugged it in. Really, really cool sounds from this tiny, lightweight amp. I can see why guys plug them into large cabs and use it for their main sound. Very exacting EQ, so you can warm it up if you want. Sounds great with the onboard Chorus and Echo (chorus is a true stereo chorus like on a Roland Jazz Chorus amp). It has two channels, so you can do a clean and dirty sound (switch channels on front of amp or with footswitch--not included). Has a compressor, headphone out, direct out and effects loop. The amp is in good working condition. The sound is great. The chorus sounds a little warbly--probably the settings have drifted over the years. Cosmetics are good for a 30+ year old amp. Basic wear marks. The speaker cones look to be in good shape, which is rare on these. These still have the outer "surround" of the speaker and have not deteriorated. All knobs and buttons work though the knobs have lost their caps. Thanks for looking. Sorry, NO international shipping on this.
