This is a 2014 Gibson Midtown Signature Bass in Graphite Sparkle nitro finish. Rare bass made for only two years, Gibson touted this as a semi-hollow/solid body hybrid. It is made starting with a solid mahogany body, which is then chambered and topped with a maple cap. Features:
— Semi-hollow-like design with dual F-holes
— Dual T-Bird humbuckers, Vol/Tone, & 3-way
— Acrylic trapeziod neck inlays w/ 120th banner
It was hard to do this bass justice in pictures. The finish has sparkle that is hard to show. These rare Midtown basses have a mahogany body with maple top and full scale mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard. They are outfitted with a ceramic T-Bird neck pickup and mini Alnico 2 T-Bird bridge pickup. The strings run from a 3-point adjustable chrome bridge to Grover shamrock tuners over 20 frets on a 12-inch radius neck. Frets are totally clean and the bass plays great. Cosmetically it’s clean with one minor mark (see pics). Weight is 8 pounds, 9 ounces. No case. Details on my setups and packing, as well as full specs, at bottom of listing. Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
