A rare Melody Maker in a Cherry finish. Two p90s--what more could you want? Light weight?--you got that too! A 2010-11 somewhat rare version of the Gibson Les Paul Melody Maker. One major difference you'll notice from most Melody Makers is this doesn't have the narrow headstock. Instead has the wider "open book" type you'd find on a Les Paul Junior. Comes with two P90 pickups and volume/tone controls. Previous owner upgraded the bridge with a high-mass Badass style bridge. Also comes with new strap and some Dunlop straplocks. This guitar has a very cool look with a thin finish to let the tone come through. It's also a finish that will wear quickly for a nice relic look. Currently it has almost no wear, so it's up to the buyer to put it through its paces! The frets and neck are in great shape. I just set this up with new strings and set intonation. It's ready to play and enjoy. Weight is a very comfortable 6 pounds, 7 ounces. No case. Thanks for looking.
